Eric from Eric's Roadside Grill is AMAZING! It was comforting to know he is from my neck of the woods (East Coast) and even more comforting to know that he knows his stuff about GOOD Southern fried, mouth watering,down home food. Eric is not only personable, friendly, and eager to get to know you, he really knows his knowledge of meats, poultry, and fish. In my first visit, I learned what the difference is in HIS full-rack rids, and your food chain Ribs, wow! Just off Highway 8, you will find his red food truck as you enter Stanley city limits. I am very happy I gave Eric's a try! I will be happily returning back for the "Sexy Fried Chicken Sandwich."November 09, 2016
